Global Enterprise Initiative, LLC (GEI) was established to promote international economic progress taking advantage of innovative venture capital approaches, carbon credits, offset, etc.   This involves support of principals in the establishment of commercial enterprise and development of international cooperation.  GEI works with government agencies, industries, and universities in many nations in order to facilitate economic progress.
